to make use of our Service Department for warranty reasons,
please be aware of some "rules" that will make the warranty
claim easier and more effective for you and us.
If you're from Eastern Europe, Switzerland or from abroad,

device directly to Germany. In order to do so, visit first
our homepage http://www.xoro.de/, where you
fill in the request form for a so-called RMA number. The fields
marked with an asterisk have to be filled in. Don't forget
the serial number of your device and which product it is and
the description of the malfunction as precise as possible.
Do send it to the given address below.
Please be aware that we don't pay for your post & package
nor for customs. If there's a need for a customs declaration,
it is adamantly that you make a note of your device being
defective and that it will be returned to you after being
repaired.
If you send your device, please make sure it is safely packaged
in order to avoid any damage in transit, which may lead to
a loss of your warranty claim.
Note on formats and blanks
Due to the large variety of formats, blanks
of different manufacturers and programs we cannot assure complete
compatibility to all of your burned blanks.
